We all love a good podcast. The deep conversations, the expert guests, the offhand comments that somehow change how you think about your work, your habits, or your health.

But let’s be honest:
Finding the good stuff is a nightmare.

You’ve got to sit through an hour-long episode just to find one quote you vaguely remember. You’re rewinding, skipping ahead, pulling over on the freeway to try and type “magnesium threonate” into your notes app.

I’ve been there. That frustration is exactly why I built Prodcast.

So what is Prodcast?

It started as a tool to find and track products mentioned in podcasts. You hear someone drop a brand name or a supplement, we surface it, tag it, and link it. Super simple, super useful.

But here’s the twist.

While building it, I started posting short clips from podcast episodes on TikTok and Instagram—little nuggets of insight that people could consume in 30 seconds or less.

And people loved them.

The comments, saves, shares—it was way beyond what I expected. But those clips took forever to find. I was manually scrubbing episodes at 1 AM, hoping to find something worth sharing. It was painful.

Then the obvious hit me:
Why am I doing this manually when I’m literally building a product that parses podcast content?

That’s when Prodcast changed.

It’s no longer just about finding products.

It’s about finding moments.

  • The ones that make you pause the episode.

  • The lines that end up in your camera roll.

  • The ideas you want to remember, tweet, or build your next product around.

We’re now building features that let you:

  • Search inside podcast episodes by topic, keyword, or content type

  • Pull up the best clips instantly—perfect for short-form creators or curious minds

  • See every product mentioned and exactly when it was brought up

  • Save and share those insights without digging through hours of audio

Think of it as a highlight reel for the internet’s smartest conversations.

Who’s it for?

If you:

  • Share podcast clips on social

  • Take notes while you listen

  • Wish you had more time to keep up with episodes

  • Constantly say “I heard this great quote the other day…” but can’t remember where
Then this was built for you.

It’s for podcasters, content creators, note-takers, researchers, and listeners who just want the good stuff—without the grind.

What’s next?

We’re launching Prodcast Moments—a feature that makes the best parts of any episode instantly searchable and sharable.

And this is just the start.

We’re aiming to make podcasts as easy to scan and navigate as written content. If you can CTRL+F a blog post, why not do the same with an episode of Huberman Lab?

So yeah, this isn’t just a podcast tool anymore.
It’s a layer between the content and the value.

Let’s stop wasting time looking for the good stuff. Let’s surface it.
