Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) are medical devices that track glucose levels throughout the day and night. They typically consist of a small sensor inserted under the skin, which sends glucose readings wirelessly to a receiver or smartphone app. CGMs provide real-time data, helping individuals understand how diet, exercise, and other factors affect their blood sugar.
Nowadays, there are a number of commercially available continuous glucose monitors. I've tried one of these. It involves putting uh what's essentially a patch with a little needle that goes into your skin which is continuing continually, excuse me, monitoring your blood glucose and you can look at it at an app on your phone

"The speaker mentions having tried one of these commercially available devices, describing its function of continuously monitoring blood glucose via a patch and needle, with data viewable on a phone app. He suggests using them to learn how different foods, supplements like Berberine or Metformin, and exercise impact blood glucose levels."
