SunnyD, originally known as Sunny Delight, is a popular orange-flavored drink. Historically, it was marketed as a healthy beverage due to its vitamin C content, leading many consumers to believe it was equivalent to orange juice. However, it is a processed drink often high in sugar and artificial ingredients.
So, I grew up thinking that orange juices were healthy. I I remember being a young kid and getting the Sunny Delight out of the the fridge and like gugging it because I'd seen on the advert it said vitamin C or something.
